Why Illovo?

Officially a suburb in greater Sandton, Illovo sits on the fringe of Sandton Central Business District (CBD). Widely regarded as an upmarket area, Illovo encompasses The Wanderers Sports Park, a small residential portion with retail component and the renowned Fricker Road business hub.

Illovo was originally inhabited some blue-chip companies due to its prestigious reputation, however when many of those businesses moved into new premises in Sandton Central, Fricker Road was left with high office vacancies and reduced rental rates. Public transport and road infrastructure

Nestled between Melrose, Hyde Park and Birdhaven, Illovo is accessible from Rivonia Road which becomes Oxford Road. It is a popular through-way between Rosebank and Sandton and there is minimal traffic delays due to multiple laned main road. It is accessible by public transport and is on the Gautrain bus route.
